Looking for a Good Time?

There are a couple of major tax protests being planned at the State Capitol.

The "Tea Parties" are organized nationally and are being promoted by American Solutions (Newt Gingrich's group) and national conservative Talk Radio.

The event will take place at the Capitol on Tax Day, Wednesday, April 15th from 5-8pm- for more info or updates, click here.

The other event is the annual Jason Lewis Tax Cut Coalition Rally which will be held on Saturday, May 2nd from 11am-4pm-- All of the elected officials will be at this one, here are some pictures from last year.

It's after federal tax day, but at a critical time before the MN State Legislature finalizes it's budget. The fight is on in St. Paul as the DFL leaders propose $1.5 Billion-$2.5 Billion in NEW taxes.

If you haven't been to a protest- they're a hoot! It feels great to be with your people and shout out some of that frustration. Make some homemade signs and let your voices be heard!
